  • What a lovely message to wake up to. I listen to the videos for their inspiration. I am nowhere near considering becoming a teacher. The message goes so far beyond. I especially liked that statement about the seed is planted. Thank you

  • This reminds me of the heroic Alan Watts. I love Alan Watts, he’s not mentioned too much by the great contemporary mindfulness teachers , but he is my personal mentor as a teacher, and guide. He had some things that could be judged, like his serious drinking problem, but despite any of his very human flaws, to me he remains the most beautiful voice ever…. : when someone scolded him and said, “ you don’t practice what you preach” he responded simply.
“ I don’t preach”. For me , the best teachers don’t preach and are themselves amidst all the chaos and challenges.. Again, thank you Jack and Tara., I feel you with us.

  • 4th video Dear Jack, and Tara, Thank you so. much for the seeds of loving awareness and compassion that you have implanted in me and in so many others. What really lit up my attention in this segment was your notation that the teaching is a form of practice in itself. This really helped me as I have been a social worker for over 40 years and so often I’ve felt like a hypocrite for not always practicing what I was teaching. You reminded me today that though I have not fully realized it, I have deepened my practice by practicing my own teaching over the years because I’ve seen so many of my clients getting better. With your insight, I am now more grounded in this creative partnership between teaching and practice. And I loved your parting words of wisdom about ourselves as teachers carrying the lantern of awareness and compassion with the seeded message. “There is suffering and there is a way to transform it into something truly beautiful.” Blessings

  • Thank you for this enriching content, very needed for the world. I am meditating about the possibilities this course presents…

  • These are the most beautiful teachings.
Jack and Tara thanks so much for bringing light into everyone that is listening.
. I too listen for 25 yrs and got away from it all due to everyday life’s stress and here I am back day and night listening to you both n the teachings of love and compassion. All of it came back to me also and it feels good inside.
    Thank you again.

  • It was so for me to hear Jack say he still needs to practice what he ‘s
teaching. That’s the hardest part for me , thinking I have it all together
    then realising I don’t . Thank you ❤️

  • I’ve become a teacher by necessity because there is great interest and need in South. Dakota but few teachers. So I keep it very simple. Following the breath with loving kindness. Someday I would love to do this training.

  • I thank you, Jack, & Tara for your dedication in showing us how important it is to have compassion for ourselves so that we can evolve to be our best selves.

  • I love these videos! thank you both for the reminders. I will be forwarding this to dear friends. Again Thank you!

  • Thank you Tara for your presence . Jack I resonate with your comment about being reminded to practice even as i teach others to do the same.

  • Thank you so much …I believe love is the most powerful tool we have to give with compassion and kindness to one another.

  • “It will have it’s way with you and it will transform you” I love the way Jack reminds us that teaching in itself, is a practice and we will deepen as a result. When I was a elementary school teacher, I quickly learned that the old saying is true- to teach is to learn twice. And maybe three times.

  • Yes there is suffering, but there is a path that leads to the end of suffering. What else is there to do once you know this? And these days we have the neuroscience to back it up! Thank you Jack.

  • I am drawn to both you and Tara and the quiet, calm nature of your wisdom and teachings and want to learn more.
