A retired college English teacher, Landon is also a Trained Teacher of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (2015), Mindful Self-Compassion (2017), and Qi Gong with American Qi Gong Master Lee Holden.  A motto that guides her teaching philosophy is based on an African proverb, “If you want to go fast, go alone.  If you want to go far, go together.”
