She read a lot of books, watched YouTube videos, and managed to develop a consistent and dedicated daily practice. She received her first formal instruction at a silent retreat and the experience changed her life. Since then she has dedicated herself to Buddhist/Mindfulness practices and has worked to share those practices with others.
