Contact Email: cill@wsu.eduCill first meditated as a teenager in the TM, Transcendental Meditation, tradition.   She started meditating  in the Buddhist Theravada tradition around 2003.  She read a lot of books, watched YouTube videos,  and managed to develop a consistent and dedicated daily practice.  She received her first formal instruction at a silent retreat and the experience changed her life.  Since then she has dedicated herself to Buddhist/Mindfulness practices and has worked to share those practices with others.
