Anne Cushman has been integrating mindfulness, embodiment practices, and creative expression for over 35 years. She is a member of the Teachers Council at Spirit Rock Meditation Center and the author of several books, including the memoir The Mama Sutra and the mindful yoga book Moving into Meditation. She mentors meditation students and writers worldwide and leads retreats and courses with a focus on creativity, embodiment, and daily life practice.

Ann Harding – as our associate program manager, has been supporting students in successfully getting their certifications since 2019. She finds joy in keeping the students up-to-date with the program curriculum and live sessions, and in celebrating students' successes along the way.
Andrew Somps – lead admissions specialist. He helps prospective students determine if this program is right for them, based on their interests, experiences, and aspirations. He also troubleshoots any problems on the learning journey to keep the experience stress-free every step of the way.
Tom Blandford is a writer, content creator, and mindfulness meditation teacher living in Kalamazoo, Michigan, with his fiancee, Lori. Tom completed the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program in 2023.
Andrea Kane Frank, MS, LCPC, is a well-being facilitator, educator, and culture curator. She develops educational programs and professional development experiences focused on improved well-being for all.
