Francesca Marguerite Maximé is a licensed psychotherapist, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, certified mindfulness meditation teacher, relational life therapy couples and life coach, and award-winning poet and author in Brooklyn, New York.

Maryam Chohan

Maryam is a seasoned Human Capital and Learning & Development professional with over 14 years of cross-industry experience, ranging from financial services to healthcare, management consulting, and the United Nations. Maryam has passionately led mindfulness programs for healthcare workers, Columbia University’s graduate students and faculty, and parents of young children.

Crystal Goh, PHD

Dr. Crystal Goh is a mother, neuroscientist, and meditation teacher based in China, with deep roots in both Zen and Vipassana lineages of dharma teaching.

Rev. Bernard Richardson, PHD

Reverend Dr. Bernard L. Richardson, a tenured associate professor at the Howard University School of Divinity and executive officer for religious affairs at Howard University, has significantly impacted the university community through his leadership at Rankin Chapel, the first Muslim chaplaincy at a U.S. university, fostering religious diversity and social justice initiatives.

Tara Brach

Tara Brach is an internationally known meditation teacher and author of several books including international bestselling Radical Acceptance, Radical Compassion, and Trusting the Gold. Co-facilitator of The Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program, she has led thousands of students in becoming transformative forces for better outcomes and positive social change. Her popular weekly podcast on emotional healing and spiritual awakening is downloaded about 3 million times a month. Tara founded the Insight Meditation Community of Washington (IMCW) and holds a PhD in clinical psychology.
